If you are not satisfied with your Metal Lantern purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving the item. Please ensure that the item is unused and in its original packaging and tags. - Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow the steps below:
● Contact Customer Service: Please contact us via email at terrabyte@steellumina.com with your order number and reason for the refund.
● Return Confirmation: We will review your request upon receipt and respond to you within 48 hours to confirm the return details and address.
● Return Items: Please return the item safely to the address we specify. The returned item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. - Refund Processing
We will process your refund request within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be made directly to your original payment account based on your payment method. - Refund Fees
Please note that shipping costs for returns will be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent. If the return is due to our error, shipping costs will be borne by us. - Exceptions
The following situations are not applicable to the refund policy:
